This piece is part of the experimental process for the 3rd Collection titled ‘Ghosts‘, blending Western and Traditional Chinese elements to create an interesting dialogue within the garment.
The blending of cultures is realised through the use of the upholstery depicting early Western scenes of life in a fairy-tale-like print with the use of 8 traditional Chinese frog buttons that were most commonly used in the early Dynasties.
